Fine Jewellery Images provides professional photography, retouching, film production, and CAD rendering services tailored for the jewellery industry.
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. Full payment is required before final delivery of assets. Payment details and due dates will be outlined in your project quote or invoice.
Clients may cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to additional charges.
Final files will be delivered digitally in the agreed format and resolution. Standard delivery timelines vary depending on the scope of work and will be communicated during the booking process.
All content created by Fine Jewellery Images, including photos, videos, and CAD renders, remains the intellectual property of Fine Jewellery Images unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a non-exclusive license for commercial use.
Clients must ensure products are shipped safely to our studio and arrive on time. Fine Jewellery Images is not liable for loss or damage during transit. It is also the client’s responsibility to provide detailed briefs and reference materials if needed.
Each project includes one round of revisions unless otherwise specified. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Fine Jewellery Images will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the delivered content.
Unless otherwise requested in writing, Fine Jewellery Images reserves the right to use completed works in its portfolio, website, and promotional materials.
All client information and product designs will be kept confidential. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.
