We Jewels Fiji Limited a company based in Fiji Islands have engaged the services of Fine Jewellery Images in June 2017.
From the moment we signed up with FJI, and met up with Thi and Jet, it’s been a very pleasant and rewarding experience. Normally when you sign up for such services and especially when you are miles away, you tend to be nervous of whether we will receive our monies worth. We did commit for a large package.
Prior to signing up, we mentioned to Jet and Thi, that we had no photo taking experience and this was fairly new to us. They assured us that it was fairly easy and they would assist us. True to their word, with a lot of patience they guided two or our staff to understand the basics of Photography and how to take photos good enough for them to work on. This process of education took 2 hours and one time only. There after our staff have been snapping away and practicing in their spare time.
Jet and Thi, are both very quick in responding and they have a fantastic system of following up with the clients that have signed up. We never have to chase them up, in fact it’s the other way around that they are always pushing us to send them images, which we find excellent.
I have also found them to be very flexible in the delivery and they keep making good suggestions and continually look to help us with our images. This is services they provide over and above from what we had signed up for. Most importantly, the retouching services are fantastic and when they send us the final image after the retouching, its mind blowing.
Engaging Fine Jewellery Images and services of Jet and Thi, is one of the best investments that we have made in the recent times.
